Responsibilities
- Lead by example, set goals, and foster a collaborative culture.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to budget.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to enhance performance and growth.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, making strategic decisions to improve profitability.
- Identify new revenue streams and manage financial risks.
- Identify growth opportunities, maintain partnerships, and lead client relationships.
- Stay informed on industry trends to drive business expansion.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations experience HVAC or Plumbing construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Financial expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driver's License; Master Technician license preferred.
